Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismOverall, this place is really clean. I liked my pedicure with Zola. She did a great job. My no chip manicure on the other hand was terrible. I have a lot of cuticles and I wanted a certain look for my nails for Christmas. My cuticles weren’t all removed and the design that I wanted isn’t at all what I got. This was my first time in this place and they were offering 20% off for new customers on their website, which they did not grant. Overall, this place is really clean. I liked my pedicure with Zola. She did a great job. My no chip manicure on the other hand was terrible. Super cute place with a great aesthetic! You would never guess from he outside but it’s so well decorated and designed on the inside. Very chic. However, I came in to get a gel manicure and I lucked out (sort of) that they had one last opening before they closed. I think my nail tech was rushing or the gel was poor quality because when I left and got in my car, I immediately noticed there were what looked almost like dents in the nails and bubbles as well as missed spots that showed a lack of attention to detail. When I was checking out, my tech asked me if I had cash, which I said no since I didn’t and never carry cash and then when the tip was mentioned, she once again asked if I had cash which is just so so tacky. I’m super bummed because the place itself was so well designed and cute but if I’m going to get my nails done, I don’t want to leave with them looking messed up to begin with.

After raving about how amazing you were. I brought my friend as a Birthday gift to her and she was extremely dissatisfied with her nails. Jinny did not offer a solution nor a discount. She instead started asking for everyone’s opinions making a scene. I have recommended several people over the last 1 1/2 years since I have been coming there and sadly do not feel comfortable coming back.
