I went in Thursday at 2pm for a French mani and French pedi with no appointment. There was no wait which was great. The woman started on my feet and I took a training call for work. She buffed the top of my nails with an electric buffer. What I didn’t notice is she must have been catching the skin around my nail beds (which were soft from the hot water) and ripping the skin off. So as my pedicure continued she tried to cut the cuticles which was excruciating and then when she was cleaning the nails to prepare to polish with nail polish remover I was almost in tears. That’s when I realized how bad it was and that it was almost every toe. Now days later my toes have scabs all over them and are totally raw. I’m pouring peroxide on them to not get infected.

Stumbled across this place since I live on the south shore and I work on the north shore and the 2 places I was referred to were all busy so I took a chance with this place. I am impressed!!!! Walked in and took me right away because the place is huge and what an assortment of colors!

They are very clean and use throwaway plastic bags in their pedicure stations. I wish they would use throwaway instruments as well. I would continue to be a patron as they are very compliant with keeping patrons safe. I love Nancy to style my brows and Helen to do my mani pedi! This location now has parking in the rear which is excellent!

I really like the New Forest creative nail! The new location is neat and clean – it’s a little pricey but I don’t mind paying for what you get! The manicurists are very nice and they have a decent selection of special pedicure treatments. They have a TON of polishes too!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe prices is dependent on the manager perception of the client if your not there “regular black client the price is higher.” They where rude , unprofessional and to add make matters worse the service was done right . She rushed it I still have hair on my face . When I was telling her there was more hair she started yelling it’s more money. I’m mortified, I never experience such horrible service as if I didn’t tip 10 on a 21 pedicure. They cut my finger on multiple occasions, having it bleed even after the manicure being over. the shape and design wasn’t what I asked for. With reservations they still had me wait a while. the place was ghetto and a fight almost broke out. i honestly felt unsafe. never coming again. I’m so upset that i rolled up just to feel better.
