I am confident that the medical treatment I received today satisfies some standard of care. It would be a generous estimate to say that my appointment lasted even 5 minutes. I need more time than that to even define what constitutes a good bedside manner. The P-A seems mostly interested in patient turn-over, which is fine if that is the business model and is what the client seeks. But it’s not what I want from medical service. I knew by the time I walked out of the door to their office that I would never return.

Extremely slow, unprofessional, and careless staff, both physicians assistants and desk staff. They forget to call your prescriptions into the pharmacy and then don’t answer voicemails or messages sent to their portal. The patient has to be the one to make sure they did their job.

I had one appointment and decided to find someone else for my dermatology needs . I seen Dorissa and she couldn’t possibly be more bothered with having to see me . I came in having issues and just simply trying to get some answers and relief . She diagnosed me in minutes wrote some scripts , treated me like I was bothering her . She didn’t want to listen or be bothered with questions . She diagnosed me with a life changing diagnosis that has a lot of problems she didn’t explain anything really . I had a lot of questions due to other health issues and she shut me off and sent me away . Just plain rude . I called a few weeks later to ask questions and she was just as short and rude. If you can’t be bothered with the patients questions then you should change professions. It to mention I paid $60 for an appointment I could have done on Google and got more info.

Very rude office staff try forcing you to use their specialty pharmacy. When you tell them you wont be using it and to sent the script to the pharmacy your insurance requires they become very beligerant. Run as fast as you can. Find another provider.

The staff at this facility were polite. I came in for a quick 20 minute check-up and minor 2 minute procedure. However, a few weeks later, I was mailed hundreds of dollars worth of bills. The medical staff never mentioned the prices of the procedure and I was shocked with the amount. I will not be returning for fear of being hit with more exorbitant bills. It is now 6 months later and I am STILL receiving new bills in the mail from my visit.

I would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone! You can never get an appointment. I was told I had precancerous cells on my face. I called to make an appointment and waited an hour and 12 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Ridiculous! When I did get to speak to someone, they said I had to wait 4 months for an appointment! CHOOSE ANOTHER PRACTICE!!
