I went to Heather D. to get dip powder and it seemed good at the time as this was my first time getting them done. A couple hours later I broke a nail and days after that almost all of my right hand was broken. I texted her and got in, she put acrylic over dip and I thought it was okay once again. The pictures show what my nails looked like… she charged me to FIX my nails. $50 down the drain and a week later my acrylics were popping off like they were press ons from the dollar store. I texted her about it and expressed my concern – she didn’t take any ownership with the issue, did not want to fix my nails, she did not want to give me a refund, and in the “nicest” way possible told me she wasn’t going to do anything for me. I tried calling back for a manager and was told there was no one I could talk to. $50 wasted and never will I go back.

Last night I went to the nail salon for a fill. Morgan Baker did an EXCELLENT job. I’ve never had such care and precision with a fill. The price was a bit more than I’m used to, but absolutely worth the difference. I recommend Morgan if you are able to book in advance. See definitely knows what she’s doing.
