My second appt with Brenda. Excellent pedicure. Made appt for next month. Brenda is so nice and gives a wonderful pedicure. Also had manicure on my first appt. Nail polish stayed in for 2days shy of a month. That is unheard of. I don’t have a mani with every pedicure. Do for special occasions. Having another in May.

I got a gel mani and pedi here and Brenda wasn’t the best nail tech I’ve had.. I waited about fifteen minutes or so because she had a friend in her nail room. When I was called back there, I was blatantly ignored by Brenda and her friend (co-worker?) and I found a small bug on the chair, which I crushed with my finger. She barely said a few words to me and threw my feet in the water. My feet soaked for about ten minutes before she actually started the pedicure (which is unusual) because she was hanging out with her friend.. once the friend left, Brenda actually started to pay attention to me. She finished the pedi and began the gel manicure. Overall, it took about 3 hours from start to finish which is RIDICULOUS because when I get a gel mani/pedi it takes no more than an hour and a half. She was texting and talking on the phone as she gave me my mani and even showed me a picture of her son’s dinner that he made….. TMI… and not to be mean, but I really don’t care about your personal life. I just wanted my nails done!!!! Go to L TEK nails with Rachel in Oviedo instead, they are super cheap and the best service I’ve had. Haven’t stopped going to them since.

Bought a groupon for 2 mani-pedi and this THIEF did one and never returned my phone calls for the second one! worst of all is that I gave her $10 tip when I really did not like it but felt bad since she’s an older person. Save your money unless you like to get robbed
