Been here dour times its very relaxing. Just wish they hadn’t been on their phone in the middle of my massage this last time. Also would be nice to remind others to silence or turn off their phones too.

Very unprofessional undercharged me, followed me outside and demanded I pay full which I was fine with. When I got back in they couldn’t do the math right they were adding the tip onto the amount I still owed and insisted I payed it. Ended up giving them the amount I owed and a tip but the tip wasn’t good enough for him. He pointed at the tip sign and waved the money in my face. Very rude!

The massage was decent but they didn’t have music playing if it was it was very low. Ended up just putting my own music on because all I could hear was just laughing from the other room. Would’ve rated it 5 stars but also had a gift card they didn’t let me use so ended up paying more than I wanted. Now I have an unused gift card not really planning on going back.

It was amazing! I would recommend a room with music, it’s much more relaxing. My husband and I got the Swedish Massage. Our daughter had given us gift cards for Mother’s Day and we finally had the chance to use them and we loved it. Next time maybe we’ll get the deep tissue massage.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe receptionist was not professional. She truly seemed to be out of it and kept eating the entire time I was sitting the appointment. When I returned an hour and a half later for my appointment she didn’t remember me at all. The person who massaged me did not speak English and continued to hurt me even after I continued to tell him he was hurting me. He just kept laughing. I complained and he sent in the receptionist. She said that was how they were trained. I got up, dressed, and left. The next day I was bruised from where he kept hurting me and pinching my skin. The receptionist was not professional. She truly seemed to be out of it and kept eating the entire time I was sitting the appointment. When I returned an hour and a half later for my appointment she didn’t remember me at all. The person who massaged me did not speak English and continued to hurt me even after I continued to tell him he was hurting me. He just kept laughing. I complained and he sent in the receptionist. She said that was how they were trained. I got up, dressed, and left. The next day I was bruised from where he kept hurting me and pinching my skin. This was my first time there. I did the detox combo and 30 minutes for my back. I went in with a lot of pain and felt so much better when I left! It was the first time I have done the detox at the same time they did my upper body. I definitely recommend

The massage I received was great with the people that were at the counter when I went in did not listen to what I wanted they were very pushy wanting me to get a higher priced massage. I finally agreed to a $55 dollar massage the lady that came out to get me kept saying $79 $79 dollar so picked up the paper that has the listed prices on it and showed her. So @ the end of the massage she went out and came back hot stones I told them all 3 of them I didn’t like hot stones. Then once I went out front to pay again they say $79 and point to a sign that talks about tipping. He insisted I put a tip on my card and I told him no I have cash So I took the money out and shook it at him and he said oh oh okay. I will never go back to that one. Made need another massage just trying to pay.

I went in with three gift cards we received one as a gift while I was pregnant so we couldn’t use it because I had a high risk pregnancy and could not get a massage and we received two more this past Christmas as gifts. One gift card was for $100 another for $120 & we couldn’t remember how much was on the third one and no one spoke English nor did they know how to use their pos system so they couldn’t scan it to tell me how much was on it. They didn’t understand what I was explaining to them and insisted that there was only $220 total without even scanning the third gift card to check it. They mixed up my gift cards so I’m not exactly sure which gift card is the $100, $120 & unknown amount. No one spoke English and they kept using an app to try and communicate but it didn’t work well and they just didn’t understand what I was telling them so In the end I couldn’t use ANY of my gift cards cause they mixed them up and We didn’t know what was what & I had to pay with my credit card. I don’t think we’ll be back, highly unprofessional.
