I have been to Foothill Dermatology on two seperate occasions. Both times they said they needed to collect money from me to proceed with any work. I’m not talking about copay. This was to have some work done on my face. both times I was charged a significatn amount and both times my insurance covered everything. did they call me and tell me that they overcharged me 500 dollars? of course not. I found out through my billing with insurance. It took me several weeks to get the first refund back. Now I have called over six times and talked with someone who said the checks in the mail and I have waited and waited.

WHAT A JOKE!!! I made an appointment at this location and 20 minutes before I was leaving to get there, they called to say that my insurance wasn’t accepted. I made another appointment with a different doctor there and asked that they verify my insurance that day, which they did, saying that all was well. The morning of my appointment, I received a note verifying the time and the location. I took off work and arrived early. 45 minutes later I was called only to be told that my insurance was not accepted!! I will NEVER recommend this place. What a way to run a business!!!

iv been coming here for 3 years for my acne and dermatological needs. I’ve been seeing Denise just as long and shes saved my face numerous times from scarring. she’s very caring and understanding and takes care of her patients. she answers her calls and even guided me through the healing process of my chemical peels. if i ever had a question she made me feel welcomed to ask, and is the only person i trust with my face. iv’e also seen Keisha for 3 years as she did a great job being my doctor. she was very caring and understanding and always did her best and i’m very happy with my results.

It took forever for them to see me. My opponent today was at 4:30 and they didn’t take me and my mom until 5:00 and for that whole wait they only saw us for like 5 minutes. There was no one there so why did they take so long? The doctor was being rude to my mom which is not okay. He was being a smart a$$. I also had this had this thing on my face and they prescribed me the wrong medication and the medication was burning my face. I also got a mole removed but they did it wrong so now it’s like a scared tissue or something like that and it also looks like another mole grew back but it’s like the color of my skin.

I had my quarterly full-body examination with Dr. Sidhu and his PA (Christen) earlier today and they performed their usual exceptionally thorough and exacting procedures. I credit their personal diligence and professionalism for having saved my life, as several years ago Dr. Sidhu identified a very small spot on my arm, which turned out to be melanoma. Since this was caught very early I was able to avoid it spreading and creating further complications. In additional to their outstanding quality of care, the administrative staff at Foothill Dermatology are very friendly and helpful. Alex and Joshua are usually the two at the front desk and I have found them great in terms of cultivating a highly professional and efficient office. I simply could not be more pleased.

I waited 55 min to be called in to see PA and not the done that I haven’t seen him over a year since he opened his second clinic in Rancho. Looks like I should start for another doctor. By the way waited 20 more minutes to see PA in the exam room

This place is outstanding! Dr. Sidhu really knows his business, and the medical staff are all superb. (I had a basal carcinoma removed from my nose.) The front lobby is like that of a resort hotel, and the receptionists, Ruby and Daisy, are simply delightful. I want to go back and see them again, but haven’t had cause to.
