Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been here twice. The first time I had a bad experience was thinking maybe it was just the therapist but came again and worse experience ever! I asked for a light massage however the therapist kept giving me a very hard massage which I ended up having multiple bruises the next day. It was not a peaceful environment, the workers were laughing and talking entire time! On top of that I was told I had to give a 20% Tip!!!!! I told them the service was not good and she still expected me to tip the male therapist who was severely harsh on my body! Do not go here!!!! I have been here twice. The first time I had a bad experience was thinking maybe it was just the therapist but came again and worse experience ever! I asked for a light massage however the therapist kept giving me a very hard massage which I ended up having multiple bruises the next day. They don’t speak English and ignore what you tell them. I told the lady before I began where I had pain in my foot and she said we’re not doctors!! Then she kept looking at the clock and barely knew how to massage even it was just my feet I asked her to massage. She barely put any pressure on my feet and she kept answering the phone. I kept asking her to put more pressure but she ignored me. She looked so angry the whole time she was massaging me and made me more stressed and nervous. She finished in 45 minutes not 1 hour. When I asked her why she finished early she ignored me. THESE PEOPLE FORCE TIPS!!! Please go to HAPPY FEET INSTEAD!!!
