I walked in for a 60min full body and was amazingly impressed. May knew what she was doing. She checked in with me many times to make sure the pressure wasn’t too hard. Also offered me hot stones and a face massage. This was one of the best massages I’ve had and I sometimes go to elements massage down the street which is double the price. Usually these types of places just rub you too hard, this was not the case. I’ll be coming back

Very good massage every time I have been there, regardless of the masseuse. I have fallen asleep several times during the session. I have been going to Foot Spa for at least 5 years. It is clean and the staff is friendly.

While I was paying for my 1st session, the manager handed me a business card after punching a hole in the 1st box on the back and told me the 11th session is free if I use the service 10 times. I thought why not going there since I usually use a spa service every couple of weeks anyway. To my surprise when I handed the manager the card after the 8th visit, she told me they decided to cancel the free offer. I told her I can understand if she doesn’t want to give out new cards but she has to keep honoring mine especially since I only have two more sessions before getting the free one. She kept telling me in broken English that she doesn’t understand me and my card is cancelled. That’s cheating and very poor customer service. BTW, they will try to charge more if you want to pay by credit card. Anyway, I go now to a different spa that doesn’t have a free offer but at least they were honest about it.
