Wow what a fkg disaster of a place. My husband purchased a gift certificate for me last month and I’m being told I can’t use it because they switched “owners”. Wth does that have to do with customers who spent money on gift certificates? Now I’m sitting here fighting to get my money back. I mean seriously! Current owner is down right nasty and should not be a business owner. He was yelling on the phone like an animal. This place (because you seriously can’t call this a salon) does not belong in Pleasantville. Please DO NOT waste your time and money here. Go to a real professional. I will never step foot in this sh×× hole again and will make sure that I spread the word. This place is nothing but pure filth and they need to get out of this neighborhood.
