So, I called to inquire about purchasing one of their massage packages. A man answered the phone. I attempted to ask him what types of massage packages they offered. H was Asian and didn’t understand anything I said. I then proceeded to ask if he could pass the phone so someone who could provide me with more details about their services. He still didn’t understand me. IT LOOKS LIKE THERE’S A HUGE LANGUAGE BARRIOR if you don’t speak Chinese.

As a stay home busy mom, I love that I can call this place before they open to see if I can get in for a last min massage for that day. This time I didn’t do my usual 60 min for massage and tried the 60 min combo. The combo is so relaxing. I usually request for Leo but he transferred to their other location so now I usually ask for Mary (who I’ve never had but my friend and husband always get her and she usually steps on your back for that extra great massage feeling) but she’s always taken. When May isn’t available, my next choice is Mike. He does a wonderful job. I can feel that he knows my trouble areas and seem to focus more around it. Remember to hydrate a lot for the day after the massage. This is my go to place and I always recommend it.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI was hoping for a miracle and received the best massage I’ve ever gotten.A little backstory on my visit: I threw out my back and had done everything recommended to relieve the inflammation, knots, and the lack of mobility and flexibility. I had seen a chiropractor twice, stretching, muscle relaxers, and hot and cold therapy. It worked but mildly.I noticed that the knots in my back would continue to return and would wake up and be unable to get out of bed without intense back back.I stumbled on Foot Retreat and it was the best decision to go in. I got the best massage EVER and the next morning, I was 99% pain free with a huge increase in range of motion. The oil and hot stones are also a big bonus. This place is amazing.Note: I have gotten massages in several countries and 5 star resorts. This is by far the best place have been to. Not the most glamourous or luxurious, like a spa would be. So for years I have said I wish there was a place that just gave foot massages…dont need neck or back, just my sore feet…my wife said there were such places and I thought she was just pulling my leg…then we moved and there is this place, Foot Retreat about a quarter mile from the house so I decided to give it a try…it was awesome. My feet, which have been in intense pain since the move, and generally sore for years, feel better than they have in 10 years after just one appointment. Oh and they also did my neck and back too. Best money I have spent in years. Very affordable.
