I went to a different massage company 2 days ago (M.E.). Walked out with a great back massage but they didn’t focus on my needs. This place, hands down, is amazing!!! More than I was expecting. Can’t beat the price for what they do. Hot rocks, loved it! I was able to walk out without a limp and I haven’t slept so good and felt so rested in a long time. Highly recommended!!!

Been there many times and most likely continue to go. However, this place can prosper and have 300% more business if they just do the following: get a dedicated person that speaks good English for main desk. Quit leaving costumers to attend to other customers or answer the phone. Many times they switch between people and you don’t want them to do that without washing their hands first. They never give you a whole hour they always quiet 5 minutes earlier not including the time they waist on bringing water and towels. They are not consistent, one time you get a good massage and sometimes you feel that they just putting location on your skin. If they address all the above their business will triple.

Tina assisted me to a room right away, where I then had a 60 minute deep tissue massage which included hot stones. I mentioned where I was experiencing pain, and she addressed those areas with care. Did a walk in despite them being extremely busy for a Sunday afternoon. Tina assisted me to a room right away, where I then had a 60 minute deep tissue massage which included hot stones. I mentioned where I was experiencing pain, and she addressed those areas with care. Today I’m feeling completely relaxed, sore but in a good way! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good quality massage! I will be back again 🙂

Staff was friendly although they were not fluent in English. Small curtained rooms had good enough privacy. I felt it was a good massage for the price. They found the knots in my back and really worked on them.

Critical: QualityIf you’re going to read any review, let it be this one please !! It’s not that they weren’t friendly people, because they seem nice BUT the massage was absolutely terrible.. WAYY for rough. I went with my fiancé and we both walked out hurting way more than when we went in it was not soothing or relaxing at all! We proceeded to check out and pay and they questioned not getting tipped and practically forced me to tip them (I did not) at that point i walked out after paying because i was irritated. Recently made an appointment for a massage at this place and had to wait an extra 20 mins. The lady in the front who I assume to be the owner was very rude. No apology was given. She used too much pressure during the massage and I had to tell her several times to ease up. To add to my terrible experience, my massage was interrupted many times due to her answering the phone and tending to walk in customers. At the end I paid for the service and left a $5 tip. She looked displeased and didn’t say thank you. She also pointed to the tip chart which states that $5 means you’re unhappy. $10 means you are happy. I found that very strange because a tip is determined by my own discretion. If I was unhappy, I would leave $0 tip! I recommend to find another spot. Customer service was horrible.

The massage itself was average but the customer service was awful. I wanted to give my family the best experience who visited from across the country. I made a reservation for 5:00pm and we were not seated until 5:30pm. To add insult to injury, the owner did not say they were running behind or anything. I mean that would have been understandable ,because we are humans and delays happen, I get it. But the fact she didn’t consider our TIME and our feelings was no bueno. To top that off, the owner pressured me to tip MORE because it was a male worker giving the massage. Who does that? I’m all for tipping well, when I receive GOOD customer service, and I tipped accordingly to how we were served
