Foot Relax

Positive: Professionalism, QualityIt’s been a while since I came here. I think when i came here years ago, it was a different owner. Wow. This place is clean, and well layout. I called before I came in to make sure they had availability. That’s something everyone should do b/c they might all be busy and might not be able to take you right away.I was told there was availability for me and I came right in. I got the foot / back combination b/c i had this weird pinched spot on my back and i really wanted a foot massage too since I’ve been working so much lately.My therapist was wonderful. Oh. I can’t wait to come back to see her. I like hard pressure when I get my massages and her pressure was perfect. She was wonderful with my feet and my back. I left very loose and relaxed. It’s been a while since I came here. I think when i came here years ago, it was a different owner. Wow. This place is clean, and well layout. I called before I came in to make sure they had availability. That’s something everyone should do b/c they might all be busy and might not be able to take you right away.

Positive: Communication, ProfessionalismI called at the last minute and they got me in right away. I was in absolute agony from TMJ pain. I discussed my pain areas and she recommended a full body massage. I’ve had traditional full body massages before but nothing like this! She really put a lot of effort into working out my tense muscles. She used her elbows, she walked on my back, she kneaded, rolled, stretched, pushed, and rubbed my knots out. It was painful at times but she kept asking me if I was OK. I told her to do whatever she needed to do to get me “fixed.” I know she would have adjusted the pressure to accommodate my tolerance but I wanted the knots out. I will definitely go back and soon. I know it’s going to take quite a few sessions to resolve my muscle and joint stiffness. She is a better masseuse than the ones at my chiropractor and physical therapy offices. Critical: Communication, QualityThey were prompt. However, the masseuse were really rough. Even after I told her it was painful, she did not let up. My friend was with me as well and had the same complaint with her masseuse. They also talked to each other the whole 30 minute session. It wasn’t a relaxing experience and will never go back.
