Person hurt me badly. I’ve been to many massages and this person did not know how to massage. He used his elbows over half the time and hurt me. Save your money. I would given 0 stars but that’s not an option here. I should’ve known it was bad when they make you pay for your massage before you get the massage. Person hurt me badly. I’ve been to many massages and this person did not know how to massage. He used his elbows over half the time and hurt me. Save your money. I left feeling in more pain than when I walked in.

They demand a tip higher than 37%They were rude and told us the tip was too small when we gave them 20% They said it was too small so we felt we had to give them more. THEY SCOFFED AT US AS WE WALKED OUT THE DOOR.RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. 2. When we walked in, and for 10 minutes, no one would show up to greet us. We had to call out to the back room for 10 minutes to ask if anyone is there. 3. While getting the massage they were repeatedly interrupted to talk about something. I didn’t understand the language. I should not have tipped at all, for the type of service they offer. I would never go back here. There are plenty of other choices in Little Saigon.DON’T GO HERE!! 1. Dang, if u guys come here and said u have the best massages, I don’t know but u guys are missing out some of the best ones. Not at this location tho. My gosh, they were so rough and the massages were so painful to bare. My husband and I had told them numerous times to go gentle and not so hard because they were hurting us. Still they continue with the roughness. When done, we were in so much pain than when we came in. Our body ached for a month and they even asked us to tip them when we felt like it wasn’t worth tipping. So we tipped them $5 each and ask to tip them $20. I straight up told them, no. This has been the worse massage place I ever been to. If u really want a good massage, go to the on on Elk Grove Florin and Laguna. Omg…they are so perfect and u will be definitely in heaven with the massages.

I walked in without an appointment, spent $30 (plus a $20 tip) and received one of the most relaxing, soothing massages of my life. I travel for a living and love walk-in reflexology places. I’ll walk away if they seem the least bit sketchy. Reflexology Experts was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the woman who did my massage was fantastic. The set up is open and I’d recommend wearing or bringing a set of loose fitting shorts and tank top. Five stars!

After a mediocre massage…. too much time trying to bruise my kidneys, and not enough time working the stress out of my neck/shoulders, I decided to tip $5… rather than $10 that I often do. The lady I handed the tip to, grunted, tossed the bill on the pillow and stared me down. I asked what was wrong…. No response. So I walk out to my car…. and she follows me outside…. still starring me down! Wow!!!! I only regret not picking up the $5 before I left. Lost a customer!

Even though it was inexpensive, it was probably worse quality massage in my 30 years of life. They were definitely laughing a bunch and conversating a bunch while giving massage, and each time they spoke, the massage either stopped or quality went down big time, then you wonder are they talking about me, cause it felt like it. The massage quality while not talking was definitely not good, the guy was nice, but it seemed like just running hands (with waaaaaay to much lotion) across arms, not even a massage, more like a slide. My girlfriend had the worse experience with the lady giving her a massage. The guy giving me a massage meant well, and dos ok on the feet, but on the other parts of the body it was not good. The guy did manage to get a big burp in. What really set it over the top was after having such a low quality massage, they stood there waiting for a tip, the guy, even though he was not aware or seemed to care about the quality of massage, and people don’t give big tips for a terrible massage. I felt bad because he seemed so miserable at his job, so, I gave a 25% tip and he looked at me like I’d committed a major crime, which was not a good way to end it! Would not recommend this place, not even for the price.

Can’t go wrong with a cheap one hour body massage for less than $50! Came here on New Year’s day, and it was quite empty. Very relaxing, nice staff, fair price.
