I gave them a tip they counted the money in front of me which I think is very rude and tried to hustle me for more money. they have a sign saying 20% requirement, which they don’t tell you about at all till the end, but we gave them what I thought was a 20% cash tip and when we didn’t give them more money they pushed us out the door and locked it behind us. It ruined the whole massage experience for me and was honestly embarrassing but there was a lack of communication so there’s not a whole lot you can do. I tried to tip them more money on my card cause I did feel bad initially but they refused, only wanting more cash

This was my first time at Zen Spa. The place didn’t feel very relaxing to me since I wasn’t offered any privacy. I went in for a head, neck and shoulder massage due to stiff neck. I pointed the area of concern to the masseuse before she started. She worked on everything else but that area. I requested her again to work on my neck- she did, for 30 seconds. It felt rushed also, like there was a competition going on between them who finishes their massage first. It was done way before the 30 mins and I was charged a price higher than what I had been told over the phone. I am disappointed.

New to town, and they massaged my back pain from the awful chairs they have in the music building at the university. I’m happy I found a place to come and relax! I love the chairs they have too for the foot massage. Next time I’m trying the oil massage.
