I was not impressed. I came and asked for an hour foot massage. An older lady gave me a strange look. I should have left then. The same lady started on me. However stopped and started quite a bit when the door chimed or phone rang. Very unprofessional. Then she just stopped working on me all together when a gentleman came in. I wanted to leave since she just left me and said nothing. Then another lady came and finished me up but not without doing the same as the previous when a phone rang. I really don’t feel like a got a continuous hour. And I have gotten better massages elsewhere. Maybe they were understaffed due to the holidays but customer service means everything to me.

I read the reviews and wanted to experience it myself. I stopped by today. I got the 29.99 foot massage which I usually pay 20 in southwest Houston. This was already 10 dollars more but alot closer to my home. This was an open area where you can see each other unlike the one I used to go. The massage was perfect. But like everybody else the lady demand a bigger tip then what I left. I gave them an 8 dollar tip for 30 dollars. The massager did not say a word but the lady at the register was telling me that 10 dollars was better then 8. I told her 20 dollars like everyone usually charges is better also. I will drive back to Bellaire and get my foot massage in a private room for $20. Then go back to this place.

Got stiffed, (1) apparently they didn’t have change for my $20 so I could tip them the $15 I wanted to tip them, (2) the $60 “whole body message” wasn’t even an hour or “whole body”, (3) the message just wasn’t great overall. Apparently it was too late to give me my change with 15 minutes till close.

Normally don’t do reviews……BUT this was a good experience until they took a phone call in the middle of my massage(He stopped and walked off the phone…), then carried on a conversation with the other employee, but the best part was when I gave the lady my payment and she demanded a tip I don’t mind tipping and normally do but Didn’t today because the whole point of this visit was so I could relaxe that was a fail 🙁

I just stopped by to try to get reflexology and it’s 10:40 am and they are open but the lady said she is the only worker and that I need to come back on Friday if I want reflexology. Why are you open then???
