My experiences at Foot Lax have been nothing short of spectacular. My previous masseuse retired after the pandemic and I had been searching for a place that did an effective body massage, but none of the places I went to did the job. I first started coming here in July of 2022, and since then I have had a weekly appointment with Eva, who is a true master of her craft. She knows exactly what I need when I need it, and more importantly, she has both the gentle touch and the forceful pressure and in all the right places. She is able to really dig down deep into the tissue and work her magic where it is needed most. Eva is responsive to my requests and has always done an excellent job making me comfortable and relaxed. By the time I leave, I always feel much more rejuvenated than when I entered. Booking an appointment at Foot Lax is simple, parking is easy to find, the facility is clean, prices are fair for the services offered, but the star of the show has to be Eva. I almost didn’t write this review because I am afraid it will be hard to make an appointment with her but I had to give her a shout out!

Right at the moment of walking in I felt calm and relaxed in the beautifully decorated space. I think this experience is worth it. You will feel so great and rejuvenated after a massage. The workers here are very nice and respectful they took great care of me and the group of people I went with. There are different services you can do if you don’t want to get a massage, you can get a facial even though I didn’t do the facial it looked awesome. I definitely think you should give foot lax a chance and I don’t think you’ll regret it.

I would give a zero star if there is an option. Their management is a chaos. I made an appointment for two with masseurs. Upon arrival, they were so busy and their commuter room was like a farmers market. They guided me to a massage bed with wet towels on it. The atmosphere was embarrassing and not relaxing at all. I was also left there for 20 min and nobody came to me. They also totally forgot my request for masseur. With all these terrible experiences, I refused to take any service here and decided to leave. However, my friend came with me already started 20 minutes ago even though we came here together. I have to leave alone and pick up my friends later. I was a customer here for many times, but this time I was so disappointed about what they have become. I don’t know why they changes. With all their horrible management and services, it’s a totally waste of time if you ever think about coming here expecting for any positive experience. DO NOT COME and SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I went for full body massage with foot scrub. Totally disappointed. I didn’t like the massage and they fool us stating foot scrub but actually it’s not at all effective. I recommend do not opt for foot scrub it’s not worth it. They are just fooling people. And tips are mandatory it seems. They really pushed hard for tips. I will never go to this place again.

It ok. Still hit and missed depending on the worker. Visited 4 pm on 9/12/22. Paid for 90min foot combo but that worker cheat me out with only light touches down to foot. Finally asked me to take off my shirt after turn around face down, then she did her job for good 40 minutes remaining…

First of all, this is the most professional massage therapy spa that I have ever been to. Just finished a 90 minute deep tissue and I feel like a new person ready for another tough week at work. Very clean, great customer service and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I was happy getting my massage that I would have given 4 or even 5 stars. I got the massage for 55 mins when Booked an hour long facial massage. Many times, the staff would leave in the middle. I was demanded minimum of 12.5% of the bill as tip. I don’t have problem giving tip but they bill beforehand and do not give you notice of tipping. When refused to give tip (as every card transaction would be extra 2$ – for the reason I don’t understand) receptionist would still persisting demand tip as if it was mandatory.
