Very disappointed, the massage was great the lady that did my massage was excellent. I paid ahead of time, on my way out the old lady at the front asked me for tips and I went back to look for the massage lady to give her the tip. She said she would give it to her, I have her 5 and she said it’s 20% tip of the total amount. No where it said you have to give 20% of the amount. But I said ok and asked her if I could venmo the lady directly she said no that she wanted me to pay in card. Then I said “well if that’s the case then give me the cash money I payed and I’ll just pay the service I’m card and add the 20% tip so it can go to the lady that provided the service, she refused and called the lady. I kindly asked the massage lady for Venmo, cash app because I wanted the money to go directly to her. She started cursing at me in Chinese thinking I wouldn’t understand but I actually do. Very poor customer service by the owner I believe she is an old Chinese woman. I can never go to a place that takes advantage of her employees and treats it’s customers very poorly. BTW I ended up giving the massage lady the tip for the amount of 20% directly to her.

I do massages a LOT, especially when I travel, and I must say Michael is one of the best experiences I’ve had with foot reflexology, the body massage was incredible as well. Cash price is some of the most affordable you can get. Place is pleasant and clean. Strongly recommend.

First time using their service for a foot and body combo. I’ve been all over the city but WHY haven’t I been here before? Great service, nice/thoughtful staff, super clean and great prices (especially if paying with cash)! Winning all around. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go here from now on. Side note – If this type of Chinese massage is too rough for you, be vocal (don’t be brave and just take it) by letting let your masseuse know how soft/hard you want the massage to be.

Nice massage, but the lady at the front was extremely rude and it kind of ruined the vibe. I tipped 25% and she said, “That’s it?” Thinking she was joking I asked to confirm if I had paid enough, and she asked for another ten dollars. Just charge me more for the massage if that’s not sufficient…

Definitely relaxing; the first few minutes, i received a quick massage on my upper back and shoulders and that was much needed! It is a bit intense (I didn’t mind!) so definitely say something in the beginning if you want something less intense. Only tried out this place recently. Great massage and sauna/shower service. The caveat is that they need to update the website with updated prices ( not the same as in the spa) so I was confused with the pricing when they told me the total the first time I came. So double check with them first before booking an appointment. Also something about a minimal amount of tip which I’m fine with since they offer more than other places for the price. Will try again when I have a day off.
