My husband chose this place due to the rude and disrespectful staff on Boston road. Well upon entering it was dark no staff until he yelled out “ hello” the lady want him to pay upfront and demanded 30% tip for an hour service that has not yet began. So he left and will never return. Foot Finesse need to be investigated and shut down.

Hello, do not go to this place, the woman who works there, after you pay her, she wants you to give her tips, I swear, whether you have it or not, if I pay her for her service, but I cannot give her a tip, it is not obligatory. The woman wanted me to open it. my wallet and take out my card and give her tips 10 dollars that she needed her tip, I said I’m going to my car I felt panic but I never came back.

I called to see if they had any appointments. They said come now- I literally walked in 3 minutes later as I was in the parking lot and they said they are busy and to go across town to the other location. Horrible customer service. No wonder it’s always slow. Just lost yet another customer.
