I had an amazing neck and shoulder massage by Charles but the chair I was in was tearing at the cushion and pieces were falling on the floor. The massage room could handle being cleaned better but otherwise very talented massage therapists.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI scheduled a 2 hr massage went in to get the massage they have you pay before they give you the massage the front desk Fay was extremely rude telling me I have to give a bigger tip cause it was a 2 hr massage tips are not required They’re optional. It based on the service so for her to demand a bigger tip before I even get my massage is very nervy.so after the way she talked me while I was paying I demand a refund did not stay to get the massage. Fay got even more rude screaming at me as I was walking away She then proceeded to follow me to my car still screaming an yelling at me even went as far as banging on my car window cause left did not stay to get my massage after being treated that way. I will never recommend this place ever again. Horrible service should not be open for business. I never been treated to rudely. Terrible. They push down on your stomach and back the whole time. And in the end I gave all my change to them. Apparently it was an uneven number for the 2 ladies we had. One lady kept screaming “give me one more dollar” I’m assuming so it could be an even split..

Me and my mom go here every month as part of our self care routine. They are wonderful every time!! Usually it’s very quiet with relaxing music. I’d highly recommend this to anyone who wants affordable, and wonderful massages.

In the 1 hr service, he got up and left at least 5 times for more than 3 minutes each time. Barely massaged my feet or back. Did no kind of deep tissue massage at all. Could say more, but I won’t.

I walked in. Might return for a foot soak and massage but not for a back massage as the person I had was clearly not a certified trained massage therapist and a full body massage was not offered
