Frazer provided an absolutely fantastic experience! Upon walking in his nice and bright establishment he offered me a choice of beverage. He gave me a good shave and even recommended a fade underneath the chin so it’s not such a harsh line. Consultation overall was awesome. The music he played throughout the whole experience was exquisitely right. Never made you feel awkward at anytime. Frazer is a vastly experienced man not only in hair but also life. A great chat is guaranteed when you visit! Overall highly recommend to anyone trying to look dapper or just needing a good clean up

Frazer is absolutely brilliant! His technique alone could grant him a 5-star review, but he is more than just that! You can tell he really knows what he is doing and is trained on some of the finer, more skillful tricks of the trade compared to a lot of barbers. I am someone who is SUPER particular with how I want my hair cut and Fraser delivered HANDS DOWN! Cannot recommend him enough as he really knows what he is doing and willing to work with you to achieve the haircut of your dreams!

From a barber in the industry to find such a gem that is passionate, loves what they do and is good at it, is rare, but you get that and then some with an overall exceptional service provided by him. The hairstylists: Jaymarie and Frazer – are passionate and professional about hairdressing. Not a single moment did I feel rushed through every step of the process; they took into account my face shape and communicated preferences on how I style my hair to best suit me. This was the first barbershop I’ve been to that knew how to cut long, Asian hair(I asked for a wolf cut). The overall environment of the shop was very welcoming, clean, and family/sensory friendly.

I’m hesitant to write this review because selfishly, I’d rather keep Follicle Jones for myself. The team is unmatched in terms of professionalism and quality. They listen to your needs, offer constructive suggestions, and execute the best haircut of your life in under an hour. They understand life is hectic and respect your schedule by keeping their calendar organized and prompt. The longest I’ve waited in the lobby is 5 minutes. The time in the chair itself is relaxed, casual, and down to earth. Conversation is never awkward, I feel like I’ve been chatting with a long-time friend despite only knowing them for a few months. Checkout is modernized with a simple Square Card reader — swipe your credit card or tap your phone. I’m sure they’d accept cash but won’t shame you for not carrying any. Finally, they always offer to conveniently book your next appointment right before you leave.

Honestly such a great experience. It was my first time here and usually I have a hard time describing what I’m looking for. But a couple of photos later he knew right away what I was trying to do. Frazer was very welcoming and great to chat with. I could tell right away he was very skilled and he took the time to be very detailed with the cut and tell me how to take care and style my hair. I was always hopping around barbers because I never found one I truly liked, until I met Frazer. His experience and attention to detail are what sold me. He always makes sure you leave happy, and you get your money’s worth. Frazer is always looking to one-up your experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you get up from his chair. Really great prices too compared to all the other places in the area who overcharge and underdeliver. Strongly recommend this place.
