I’ve never written a somewhat negative review but today was disappointing. Not because the 5 minute hair trim was bad but because of the whole experience. I was given a slot with no other customers because I’m super cautious re: covid. When I arrived 5 min early I was told we may not have time for my slot because we were “running behind schedule”. When I insisted the appt was at 1pm Rosemary remembered she had set aside 15 min to disinfect for me, so she had thought I was late when I was actually early… but apparently there was still a time shortage. So I got a five snip trim and was out in 10 minutes. I’m happy she was able to get me out as fast as she could but overall pretty bummed. It was the first time I treated myself since the pandemic :,(
