I went to the salon for a Balayage and ended up with full highlights (all foiled coloring). I wanted a shadow root and ended up having blonde pulled to my roots- so not a shadow root. I was also charged $250 for this service. I asked for long layers and ended up with a basic hair trimming. The hair coloring came out looking nice but I didn’t get a balayage, shadow root or long layers. I was shocked at the price to say the least and the use of foils. I’ve been getting my hair done for 20 years so this isn’t new to me but one of the most expensive services I’ve had and I use to go to high end salons in CA. Needless to say I’ll be looking elsewhere for hair service in the future. I would recommend this salon for highlights only. My service was more of a foilyage which is not what discussed.

Showed the lady cutting my hair the photo of me with the short hair (it had grown out) and she basically disregarded it. Cut the front pieces wayyyyy to short, I look like a mushroom. Overall didn’t really seem interested in doing my hair. The lady at the front desk is nice and the environment is nice, just an overall bad experience. This experience is why I’m scared to go get my hair cut, I’m never going to another hair cut place again. Just cut your hair yourself you’ll al least get it right. Cried for hours because of the haircut.

I didn’t like my haircut. I asked for a 2 inch trim with subtle layers. I was docked 3 inches and in other places 8 inches of hair, gone! My layering starts a few inches under my chin and now I look like I’m trying to grow out my bangs. The haircut/blow dry was $58 before the tip. Maybe I’m cheap but it’s more than I’m used to paying at a salon. The salon is very pretty and everyone is really nice. I’m sure my stylist is very skilled, but something got lost in translation and I’m missing my long hair .

I love this hair salon. After many horrible salon visits to other basic salons in the area, I am happy to report that I have no complaints about this salon. It was very clean and the atmosphere was very positive. It’s rare to find a place like this one. It is a little pricey but there’s nothing I can do about that. I got my hair dyed and paid $85 plus an addition $40ish for shampoo and conditioner to take home. I highly recommend this salon.

Wife never had a chance to make an appointment. As soon as she entered the salon my wife smiled, greeted the reception blonde woman and her response was nothing but a stare. Without a single greeting back, my wife asked if she could get an appointment for Saturday and without checking anything, the receptionist said she didn’t think there was anything available and continued to stare my wife down. My wife just stood there thinking the receptionist might say more but just got stared at. A very cold and unwelcoming experience. Maybe their work is extraordinary, but the reception experience sucks. Maybe because it’s my wife’s first time and they only do return customers, who knows. Went to Outlooks for Hair and was greeted cheerfully and accommodated my wife’s appointment in time for the Marine Corps Ball.
