This is the best hair braiding shop I have been to and I’ve been getting my hair braided in Atlanta for decades. Everyone in the shop is extremely sweet! Everyone treats everyone with so much care and respect. All staff kept checking on clients to make sure everyone was ok! It was my first time coming to this shop and I was truly impressed with my people!! Aside from the final product looking gorgeous, I felt so good patronizing this place because of how absolutely nice and respectful everyone was. Not one single attitude was present in ANYONE! I will be back!

I only called this establishment because the reviews were great. When I spoke to the lady on the phone about getting my hair I told her I have locs and I want them cut out and my real hair to be washed and braided, she told me to wash it at home because they don’t have a sink, so that’s what I did. My appointment was at three the next day. First off it was only 2 braiders and they still had people in the chairs halfway done with there heads. So the lady I talked to took one look at my hair an says oh you have locs I can’t do that, I canty cut it, but that’s what we talked about on the phone, then she tells me to cut it myself or go somewhere else. She is very unprofessional and has no customer service. I would be cautious about going there.
