Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to Focus Nails for the past two years. Peter does my fill and Nicky does my designs. They are both very professional and treat me like family. I love her designs. I get compliments all the time. The place is very clean and they work very hard to make their customers happy. I have been going to Focus Nails for the past two years. Peter does my fill and Nicky does my designs. They are both very professional and treat me like family. I love her designs. I get compliments all the time. The place is very clean and they work very hard to make their customers happy. I highly recommend Focus Nails. Based on my nails, 4 of my good friends now go to Nicky and Peter to get their nails done.

Critical: ProfessionalismLet me start by saying that I’ve been going to focus for a long time. Nicky and Peter always do nice work. A problem i had was with one of the technicians, who was so aggressive filing my nails she made me bleed. Not once, but on three separate fingers. One of my biggest pet peeves about nail salons is they make you feel bad when you speak up. For instance, if the shape of one of my nails was crooked, I was told it’s just the shape of my hand. This is unprofessional to say the least. I had booked a pedicure the same day but asked to for a polish change instead when I saw I was running out of time. She didn’t listen to me and instead still gave me a “pedicure” that lasted for 10-15 minutes tops and rushed the entire process but still expected me to pay full price. She became irritated with me when I asked to be charged correctly. It was 97$ without tip and the experience was not worth it. A problem i had was with one of the technicians, who was so aggressive filing my nails she made me bleed. Not once, but on three separate fingers.
