David gave me a wonderful pedi as he was very skilled and gentle. He performed magic on my tired feet and I felt much better after his efforts. Nancy gave my nails the care they desperately needed. Now my nails are ready for some holiday parties. I highly recommend Focus Nails. I wish David & Nancy had a store in my hometown as I would be a devoted customer.

Tina…a great person. The man (owner) working there is just nasty! He tried to have a confrontation with me as soon as he walked out of the back office, speaking very obscene, because of hearing me say I wanted Tina to do my nails. Didn’t argue with him though. No need. Just walked out and took my money elsewhere. I Feel so sorry for Tina as she has great customer service, but I will NEVER return.

I don’t even want to give them a half of a star!! The man had already taken off one of my acrylics before he even asked me what I wanted. Then proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t do any of the things I asked!! So I had to settle for something that I didn’t even want since he had already taken one off (and they tried to charge me for the whole new set, plus a color change and removing the previous acrylics). Then he was in such a rush that I had globs of acrylic under my nails, the paint was done in such a hurry that I had bubbles and patches in it. The paint was all chipped and flakey within 3 days off getting them done. I had gone with a friend and upon paying with our debit cards, we did not leave tips because we were so unsatisfied with what we got. After checking our bank statements, we noticed that they had tipped themselves $25!!!!! I absolutely refuse to go back!!!! I do not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!!!!
