Critical: ValueI have been coming to focus nails for well over 10 years and have always loved my experience. Lately though the service has gotten terrible. The last two times I have been here they made me bleed while getting a full set and/or fill. This time they charged me $5 for long nails. My nails are not even that long and if I would have known I would have gotten them shorter because I really didn’t even want them this long in the first place. I have been coming to focus nails for well over 10 years and have always loved my experience. Lately though the service has gotten terrible. The last two times I have been here they made me bleed while getting a full set and/or fill. This time they charged me $5 for long nails. My nails are not even that long and if I would have known I would have gotten them shorter because I really didn’t even want them this long in the first place. Sadly, after over 10 years of coming here I think it’s time I find a new nail salon

Always come back to focus nail, this set is 2 weeks old and still has tons of life left before another fill is needed. I rarely make appointment, yet I always receive fast service. But the best thing is my nails are always on point, and QUALITY is key at this spot!

Horrible business practice of not making sure the customer knows there’s a $15 upcharge if gel polish is chosen for a pedicure. And when she’s paying for 2 pedis, an unexpected additional $30 might be worth mentioning, in case she wants to choose the regular polish instead. And then, when she discovers the trumped up cost at the end, trying to hurry them out because “we close now” doesn’t do much to ensure repeat business. I wouldn’t return here for anything. A business that has shady people or practices is a business that won’t be getting my hard-earned money!!!

Came in for a pedicure, I was a walk in. They took me right away, gave me options for what kind of pedicure I would like. The staff was very professional. I picked out my color. They use plastic liner bags for the pedicure to prevent infections, I thought that was really nice! It’s very pretty in here! Very clean, the nail tech even asked me about gel pedicure it regular polish, she told me the price difference, and I really appreciated that up front. She did a wonderful job! This was my first visit here, I think I’ll be returning in the future!

Great for pedicures, reasonably priced. But I would never recommend getting your nails done here. Two friends and I all got our nails done and none of us liked the result. Full set, gel, and regular manicure all ended up being very poorly done. Acrylic nails were poor quality and misshaped. Gel was chipped shortly after the appointment, which has never happened to me before. And the manicure was just rushed and it showed. Very disappointing considering how much we all spent there. Pedicures went well. Only complaint for pedicures is relatively poor customer service. The pedicure itself felt great and held up well. The chairs are very comfortable as well.

Got a pedicure was not satisfied with the person that gave me the pedicure not short enough and she really talk to another lady beside her giving a pedicure, she needs to pay more attention to what is was doing both big toes the polish was messed up. They have good people I have been going there for years only 2 times I been dissatisfied. Rest of the workers are good at what they do first time to see this lady.

Just got a pedicure and a pink and white fill. Nicole was my nail tech and she was amazing !!! She took her time and I ended up getting a gel top coat instead of pink & white to match my toes. I really like how my nails turned out and I have gotten so many complements already!!! I will be returning for regular fill and pedicure 🙂

I got a full set gel acrylics and they are very thick and uneven. One of my nails is a complete different shape and length then the others and overall not the best customer service, when I would ask for something to be changed the person helping me would get annoyed. Overpriced for a poorly done full set and I will not be coming back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in with a friend to get Premium pedicure with gel nails. Looked good until a few days later. Got a nasty infection in my toe and had to go to Urgent Care. Had to have half my toenail removed and my toe cut to be drained. Glad to know I spent $40+ to end up with half a toenail, pain, and on antibiotics for 2 weeks.
