I booked myself a prenatal massage with Sierra and was so excited that she had a pregnancy pillow that would allow me to lay on my stomach and still support my 7 month belly. This was by far one of if not THE best massages I’ve ever had!!!! Sierra scheduled me last minute and not only targeted my areas of pain with extraordinary precision with the deep tissue massage, but even pointed out other areas where I was tense and worked to alleviate that tension! She also suggested other home techniques I can actively pursue to stay on top of my back/hip pain!
