(I’m a wash and go kinda gal with not a lot of desire for a long routine.) Not only did I get a GORGEOUS color with an amazing haircut, but a spa experience through the whole process. Chanda is amazing! I wanted some red in my hair and she took the time to evaluate my natural hair color, pick the appropriate shade(s), and listen to my desires. (I’m a wash and go kinda gal with not a lot of desire for a long routine.) Not only did I get a GORGEOUS color with an amazing haircut, but a spa experience through the whole process. She will tell it to you straight when something won’t work for your hair and face features and knows exactly how to do what does work- giving you more amazing color than you thought possible. Her salon is spotless and welcoming and she truly cares about how her clients feel when they leave her salon. I went online to her website after getting a referral from a friend. I booked a consultation since I had never had my hair colored before and was considering a drastic improvement. Chandra answered all my questions with knowledge and creative style, she was also upfront and direct when it came to my concerns with certain color options. She booked plenty of time for my appt making the process relaxing and enjoyable. Her salon is comfortable and the vibe is very welcoming. She was very detailed with the color, creating the perfect Ombré effect I was going for. She gave an amazing scalp massage during the rinse process and styled my hair so I felt amazing when I left.
