Critical: QualityI asked for a color to match my existing burgundy color but even after adding toner my hair is still a bright pinkish red. I had to ask my stylist to clean the dye off my face, however when I returned home there’s still dye on my forehead and ears, as well as my shirt and face mask. No one acknowledged that my hair was not colored right and after the toner was applied I was passed on to a different stylist. Very dissatisfied. Don’t even bother going here if you’re a guy. The person that cut my hair absolutely butchered it. Asked her to blend it up the sides and she just went over it with the same guard. Then she cut the bangs of my hair all the same length when my style doesn’t call for that. Dudes, stay away from this place.
