Well I rate these guys so low because I went into there business and talked to a lady she was all about doing my hair and talked to me about it and I spent a good hour in there, all for a waste of time she took for weeks to get back to me then finally did and just made me a appointment without confirming it with me! Very nice lady, I really liked her but poor English. The colors I picked turned out totally different than what I showed her I wanted. The blonde went orangey and the violet Auburn that I picked straight from her color book but it still went bright solid purple! Also, my hair is in much worse condition now (straw like). I feel bad to write a bad review but I am stuck with my hair like this because I can’t re-color it for a while because it is so damaged and I don’t want to lose all of my hair so I pick orange instead of bald. Anyways, if you just want a haircut then she is great but I wouldn’t have her color it.
