Massage was good but not relaxing. Also a woman brought me into the room. I assumed she was going to be my masseuse. Later on During my massage I realized a man was giving me my massage. It made me a little uncomfortable. I was kind of upset that they didn’t bother to ask if I had a preference. I could definitely tell the difference when receiving the massage.

This was a very disappointing experience.Previous experiences were much better. Seems like there may be new ownership or management. The masseuse used alot of oil but didn’t actually provide a massage. I felt like it was a waste of my time.

The “masseuse” was 15 minutes late, then left twice to take lengthy phone calls during my massage time. Then she asked where her tip was. I told her why she wasn’t getting one and she told me to never come back. No problem.

I have been going to flying crane for 3 years with my wife we always get the couples foot massage. For Christmas my mother in law purchased a couples foot massage package. We step up an appointment and we were escorted to their 4 bed room. As we were getting settled into our beds there was a 2 ladies that had just completed their massages and they were leaving. While we waited the massage techs came back in and folded the towels and straighted the linens for the next client without changing them. We were appalled and couldnt be more disgusted. We stood up and requested a refund and left. We will never come back to this disgusting business again. We had been loyal customers for years and this was too much. Buyer beware!

Such a great massage, and at an amazing price. I wish I had asked the name of the woman that worked on me. She could tell what muscles were tight on me and worked on them more. I made an appointment and there may have been some confusion if it was noted or not, but it worked out anyway and they got me in right away.

Disappointing. New to the area after my first massage here I met a woman who said I should ask for a man the next time because they massage deeply, but less rough. Both of our experience of “hard” with a woman at Flying Crane was more whole body pressure into the table. So, I made an appointment this morning and requested a man, the man who answered the phone spoke English well enough it was clear he understood my request. When I arrived and was escorted to a room by a woman I asked if I had a man giving me a massage and she said yes. When she came into the room and started to massage me she said yes again and began pushing harder. Moving my whole body on the table in different directions. I have knots in my upper back and neck that went untouched. Maybe someone there will read this and understand the difference between hard and deep….for the next customer.

The one hour foot massage is a great deal. However, not all therapists are the same. I recommend when you schedule an appointment be very clear what you’re looking for (hard/medium or light) massage.
