This was the best experience that I have had getting my lashes done. Alexa and the owner were so nice and professional and Alexa did my lashes absolutely perfectly. They are full but lightweight and the extensions are seamless with no glue buildup at all. She was patient and friendly as well as an amazing tech. The salon is clean and very comfortable. Everything about my appointment was great.

I loved the tech named Connie and the salon atmosphere. However, minutes after my appointment lashes started to fall out. After 5 days, both eyes barely had lashes. I called to complain and received a questionaire of “how am I treating my lashes” etc. I was turned off because I simply followed their aftercare instructions perfectly. I would have came back to get my lashes fixed but they were going to charge me $50. I felt that was completely unfair and unethical since it wasn’t a full week of having the lashes done. Complete waste of time and money. Beware !

The tech was super sweet, however when someone walked in for her next appointment she told them 5 minutes, told me I was finished and showed me my lashes. They were okay but I could tell she didn’t finished. However, I didn’t complain , I paid, left a tip and left. Within 30 minutes of leaving the shop, my eyelashes started falling out. I didn’t touch them, no tearing, nor washed my face. I sent pictures later that night to show my eyelashes and asked if they could be fixed and she told me to come in the next day. In which I did at the scheduled time she gave me but she only fixed the end of my eye not the entire eye because again another customer walked in. By the 4th day 50% of my eyelashes fell out and 80-90% of my eyelashes fell out by the 6th day… Super disappointed as I really liked the salon and the tech. However, I would not recommend, waste of money and time.

Place is small but clean. I had lashed application and within one week the lashes fell off I asked to have it repaired and was told I had to o at a full repair price they should not charge a full price It’s not good. I’m going somewhere else. Eyelash extensions
