I have gotten my eyebrows waxed at this location before, and each time it is perfect! Today I had Savannah as my waxing specialist. She was so kind and easy to talk to. I was extremely relaxed and felt absolutely no pain because of how gentle and careful she was. My eyebrows are perfectly shaped/waxed and plucked! I highly recommend her services!

I was really excited for my brow lamination appointment but unfortunately it looks like my skin was chemically burned on only one of my brows. I believe this is because the area was continuously brushed with the solution. I got the lamination done for a special event but now need to spend more time covering the large burn mark above my brow. This was disappointing after paying 90$ with tip. I was also disappointed that after saying it was my first time getting lamination I wasn’t sent home with any care guide, for example I had to google after care and learn I wasn’t supposed to get my brows wet. The girl doing my brows was really nice but doesn’t take away from the burn and lack of after instructions.

I’ve been to this location about 3-4 times now, and every time I’m very satisfied! Both Savannah and Kelly does an amazing job at Lash Lifts and it lasts a very long time. If you’re looking for low pain to painless arm waxing, I highly suggest Savannah! Eyebrow waxing, Arm hair removal

I have come here 3 times so far and am always happy with my services. I get my lashes done by Savannah. I am always hesitant to try new lash places because of a couple of times where people ruin my lashes. I came in as a foreign fill. The last place I went to was terrible and ruined my lashes, I came here because it was closer to me and been following Savannah for a while. She made my lashes look better and fuller than the other place. I am always happy to come here. They get booked really fast so remember to book ahead of time to get a spot with them.

My lash service techs have been amazing! The techs and support staff in general have been amazing; the company and management… horrific customer service. Management treats clients like they are second rate and cycles through great techs quickly. Each time I go back either another tech is gone or the receptionist is… It’s a management issue not a tech or receptionist issue. I’m sick of the awkward vibes from management and the lack of real customer service. The staff can be late or cancel due to illness, but clients can’t reschedule or they are charged! Ok, so you want clients to come with COVID and subject other clients and techs to illness?! It’s repulsive! Like I said, the techs are amazing. The management is seemingly uneducated on how to run a business and client retention. They are harsh with clients and at the rate their employees leave, I’m sure they feel taken advantage of too; honestly, if it weren’t for the techs; I’d never go there. I’ve been looking at other salons and tried a few, but love my tech, but I just simply cannot support an owner of a company who treats clients horribly when they pay them for a service! Preposterous! They’ve lost my business and ANY referral services! I give them less than one star if I could…

Loved my lash tech and have been always loyal to her. After my fill the salon kept calling me. Called 3 times before leaving a voicemail. Strange to me if I don’t answer you would leave a voicemail the first time. But they kept calling only to inform me that they moved my future appointment to a different tech. Figured my girl was going on vacation or something popped up only to find out they let her go unexpectedly. Very disappointing to see management run poorly as it sounds like it was out of the blue. I cancelled my appointment and booked somewhere else since I refuse to support a business run like this. There are steps in leading to firing someone and it sounds like no coaching or action plans were taken.

i have been going to flutter lash for several types of services for around 6 months now. i truly loved the vibe and flutter lash is where i found an esthetician who has always treated me well and gave me beautiful lashes every single time i saw her!! she is so sweet and amazing and i haven’t stopped seeing her since. recently i scheduled a lash set with her and get a call from the salon asking me to reschedule with someone else. i ask why, figuring maybe something came up or she was on vacation, just to get told she got let go unexpectedly. i cancelled my appointment and will go elsewhere for lashes as i will not support a business that is losing estheticians/techs left and right. i have seen this happen since i started coming here as a client. i now realize there’s obviously a deeper issue here if this salon can’t ever stay fully staffed. this salon may seem pretty from the outside, but it seems to me things are handled very unprofessionally and i will no longer continue to come here due to that reason.
