Jessica does a wonderful job with both my cut and color. I appreciate her attention to detail and the time she takes to make sure my hair is absolute perfection before I leave her salon. I’ve been trying to find the perfect balance between the dark color I love and a bit of dimension, and Jessica was the key to discovering my dream hair! I also brought both of my young girls for haircuts at Fluent and that was just as wonderful of an experience. Jessica and Taylor are patient and fun and definitely the new go-to for kids haircuts as well!

The absolute pinnacle of haircuts. Jess has created, with her absolute awesome crew, what all small business should strive to be…. Professional, fun, excellent in their work from top to bottom! In the time that Fluent has been open I have been a loyal customer. I have never had a bad haircut. I have always had an excellent experience, and she has gone out of her way to fit me in to ensure that I always look good. If I had one recommendation for anything from a trim to a color I would trust Fluent.

We just moved to this area and wanted to try this place because it’s next to our house and it had only 5 star reviews. I wanted natural looking partial highlights without toner. She agreed doing what I asked for but she kept saying usually she uses toner. My hair doesn’t need a toner if you know what you are doing. I didn’t get natural looking highlights at all. I texted her and told I wasn’t satisfied with the results. She gave me an attitude and said it was my decision to not use toner. Yes it was but she didn’t ever say she doesn’t know what she is doing. I would have been happy to go somewhere else where they know how to do my hair. She asked me to go back to add toner but that’s not what I wanted. I haven’t ever had this kind of issues before. The toner wouldn’t even fix this because it’s not only the shade that’s wrong. The main issue is she didn’t know how to bleach my hair and blend the new highlights with the old ones. She didn’t say at any point she doesn’t feel comfortable doing something she hasn’t done before. No, she just wanted to take my money and do whatever and make me feel uncomfortable with my hair. I reached out to her because I thought maybe she wanted to know if her customer is not satisfied and I wanted to let her to have a chance to fix this but she had an attitude and she made me feel very uncomfortable. Not the way to get new clients. I will go somewhere else where they know how to do natural looking highlights.

I had a cut and color with Jessica, my whole experience was surreal! I have never been afraid or so uncomfortable in my life. Everything started fine but then her attitude went from laughing normal to accusing me for using code words (because “they” are listening in on her & trying to ruin her). At first I thought she was joking but no, she kept saying that I keep using code words so “they” can listen in and how much are they paying me for spying on her! If Charlie the receptionist was not there I would’ve left with foils on my hair! hope she gets the help she needs ASAP!
