Critical: ProfessionalismWent to this place for years and have had nothing but great experiences. Unfortunately however, it was sold to a new owner who has shown blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and professionalism. She is snippy on the phone, overcharges compared to previous prices, and expects payment over the phone beforehand. She was also pushy about tipping the last visit. Laughable but inexcusable. I used to refer everyone I know here but will no longer be. There are other great barbers/salons in the area, don’t waste your time or money here. Went to this place for years and have had nothing but great experiences. Unfortunately however, it was sold to a new owner who has shown blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and professionalism.
