I like this barber shop a lot especially the convenience of how I can easily book my haircut appointment through the company’s website or even possibly through mobile device apps because, unlike others, I can see from my end what are the available dates for me to come in and when to avoid them. When I used to get my haircut somewhere else, I had so much problem just to make an appointment, because every time when I had to book it, there was no other alternative choice but always asking them either over the phone or by sending a text message to find out which days they are not available and which days they are so that I could at least avoid coming in when they are either off or their schedule is fully booked. In this case, the booking time would take much longer due to their slow responsiveness, late replies, and lack of follow-ups. so the bottom line is although someone and set up an appointment. Although Floyd’s might be a bit more expensive than the others, I think it’s still worth it coming here to my haircut because instead of expecting someone to get back to me as early as possible, I’d rather say good bye to all the hassle that I never want to go through ever again and instead I will just continue getting my haircut at Floyd’s where it became my one ad only reliable haircut barber shop. Lastly, I think I should mention about how awesome my hair stylist is. Thanks to you, Pablo! You got the skill man! That’s why I also book my boy’s appointment when I set up mine appointment. As of matter of fact, even my picky boy won’t complain at all about his hair style and their customer service. AND OF COURSE, I’D NOT COME HERE IF MY WIFE EVER SAID SOMETING BAD ABOUT THE PLACE. Over all we are very happy and satisfied.

The cuts are not a barbershop cut. It’s more like a school like Paul Mitchell hair cuts. The fade wasn’t faded. They don’t know how to do a line up. If you are looking for a barber haircut this isn’t the place. This franchise shouldn’t call themselves a barbershop

Went in for a shave no appt. waited about 20min. Pablo (barber) left my face with hairs at the bottom of my neck and cut my cheek. According to him i had skin irritation from letting my facial hair grow (see pics) he just put what appeared to be cover up and told me not to touch it till i showered at home. He than told me he couldn’t get the hairs at the bottom of my neck because it would cause ingrown hairs or irritation.Well this is what i got . DO NOT GO THERE!!! $31 for a shave and im left like this. I just want my money back and ill get it done right elsewhere.
