I’ve been a customer of Floyd’s for years and this was my first time visiting this location. Unfortunately my hairstylist was quite cold and quiet which is not something I expect when I book haircuts with this company. I also left with a less-than-average haircut as well. Luckily, Heather from customer service was very helpful after I expressed my concerns and issued me a free haircut coupon so I can get it fixed. Definitely restored my faith in Floyds so needless to say I will be returning but probably to another location.

Fabi was excellent. Listened to me and fixed mistakes made during my last haircut at a different barber. We couldn’t bring my hair to exactly what I wanted it to be because of the previous mistakes but she brought me as close as possible to set up my hair to be perfect next time. Plan on booking with her again. She was efficient, honest, and didn’t feel the need to force a conversation on me when I wasn’t in the mood lol. Overall great experience while receiving a men’s skin fade haircut.
