You can never get through to them on the phone. They cancelled my appointment by text message and told me to call to reschedule. I have called over 5 times, every time receiving another text message telling me to book online. “Mailbox is full.” I cannot get through. Can I please just speak to a human?! And please don’t text me to inform me that my appointment needs to be changed. Have the decency to call me like any proper business and give me the opportunity right away to reschedule my appointment. Speaking to a robot and receiving a thousand text messages does not make me feel like a valued customer.

It was my first time going to this barbershop and well, I loved it. I got that 1st time visit treatment, I got help with my haircut since I never know what to get. They made me look good. They washed and conditioned my hair and finished up with a dry towel and a shoulder massage. Totally worth it.

If I could give this review negative stars, I would. My son is 7, so we booked him for a child’s cut (under age 10) at the Northridge location, which we had done just months prior at the same exact location. When we arrived, the scheduled stylist refused to cut his hair because it was long, saying he does not cut long hair. We rebooked for 2 hours later, only to be told that we would be charged significantly more for an adult cut, since our child’s hair was long. So incredibly unprofessional. That was the 2nd significant customer service issue. He’s a child, period. What would they do with a female child who came in with long hair? Refuse to cut her hair unless it was short or charge her adult prices? Or would it be ok because she’s a girl and longer hair is expected? If the company is going to have child pricing, then honor it. Period. And why was it honored once but not the next time? It wreaks of sexism and a discriminatory process. We would strongly recommend AGAINST ANYONE using this business.

Made an appointment came in and I did not book correctly and rescheduled for a week later. Thats on me, no problem. Came in for my rescheduled appointment..on time..and was told that someone should have called they stylist is not coming in…i did not receieve a call or voicemail or text. They could not book me again at all…didnt even try to see if anything could work or try another day. Horrible service and do not recommend coming for a hair cut.

As much as i love this barbershop, my last experience was a travesty, the barber not only failed to give me my requested hair cut, the very hair cut i got dozens of times over here, he not only gave me a terrible and a painful haircut, he gave me a cut beyond redemption so much so that the guy literally said ( your hair cut is impossible so i gave you this one, I’ll pay for it i dont care) every barber there has gotten it right but he did not and now I have to deal with hiding a scar from an accident and eczema, hence the disappointment, and more than half of my hair was cut off, no use trying to say something as he started high and went low at a break neck speed, the complete opposite of everyone else, hence the butchering of my hair.
