I received a basic men’s haircut. My stylist was Debbie and she was great. Listened to what I wanted and delivered. Attention to detail as she took the time to make sure the cut looked perfect for me (I didn’t have to ask). She also blended my sideburns/beard to match the cut. Trimmed down the bushy eyebrows. Hot lather, straight razor neck shave with a neck and shoulder massage. Amazing service. I’ll be asking for Debbie to cut my hair again.

Great experience. I was able to get an appointment on short notice and they were ready for me within a couple of minutes if my arrival. The haircut was done very well, yet in a short time as well. My stylist, Alex, was friendly and did a nice job and was gentle, making for a comfortable and relaxing experience. I will definitely go back.

Shawn T is amazing. He is very talented and if you need a haircut or your kids need a haircut. He is the person to go to. This guy does an amazing job on cutting hair and is very knowledgeable, and has amazing customer service. My experience at Floyd barbershop has been the best in my opinion. Very unorganized. My boys and I have a funeral to attend to on Tuesday and I set an appointment with them online and on the phone mid week. When I walked in the young lady there said that she could take me and that my two boys are going to get cut here in two minutes by other barbers at the same time (as requested) come to find out they gave our barbers to people who just walked in. I was on a time restraint and needed to be out of there by 11 that’s why I made the appointment online as well as called to verify. They definitely rocked my boat for what I was looking to do today. I’m guessing they don’t get paid enough to care. Idk. Very disappointed in their courtesy and professionalism. Would NOT recommend this location. Been with Floyd’s since 2019 all over Colorado and never have I experienced such incompetence. This store needs better management.
