So it was snowing this past Friday and I made my appointment a day ahead for 7:30 p.m. I originally got there at 7 p.m. and the shop was empty. I was immediately seated by my barber that I was meeting for the first time and was informed I could on get a haircut or a beard trim not both apparently he didn’t have enough time ? Not really sure why I couldn’t get both but I proceeded with the haircut obviously. . And we’ll let me just show you the pictures.. by far one of the worst quickly cut haircuts ever. Let’s see how the GREATEST BARBER SHOP IN NORTHGLEN makes this right

Awesome experience and a great hair cut. I guess my hair was longer than I thought as it cost me a bit more than I was planning to spend but for the quality and look of my hair I would gladly pay it again. I really needed a cut to go to some important interviews and my stylist didn’t disappoint. They are one of the only barbershop’s that are open after 6:30pm when I get off of my job, so kudos to them for helping their customers a bit later in the evening. I also really enjoy going to Floyd’s as it is a consistent experience no matter the location or which stylist you get, but I will be returning to this location for sure.

The worst service ever, my husband and I walked in this afternoon. I asked if we needed to make an appointment and was told walk-ins were welcomed, I signed him up and the wait time was “30 min” so we decided to wait. Other people walk in without an appoinment after we signed in and they were called before us.We were talking in Spanish and started to notice the employees kept looking at us as if we were from a different planet! We decided to leave since we were very uncomfortable. Never thought I would experience racism at this level. Shame on you!
