Adrianna was amazing, took her time and did an amazing job cutting my hair. Took the time to listen what I wanted and gave me the option of taking an inch off and going shorter if I needed. She was very friendly and one of the best hair stylists I have had in a very long time. Will be coming back for her to cut my hair.

When you tell your stylist “that is not what I asked for” and she reply’s “oh that’s because I don’t have that size guide so I just cut it shorter and there’s no way for me to put the hair back on” That is a problem!!! If your stylists are not capable of doing there job and they are not equipped then we should not be used as there practice dummy. And when you screw up someone’s hair cut you should at least say you are sorry

One of the worst first impressions I have ever had. I made an appointment online for my son at 4pm (I guess it was actually made for 4:30, not sure how, but no big deal at that point), and after watching 4 people go before us, who came in after us, and waiting there for an hour (30 minutes passed our appointment), we decided to get up and leave at 5:05. No apologies about the wait, no updates as to why it was taking so long. The front desk lady just said, “Ok Bye”. Terrible customer service and we were looking for a new barber. Won’t be Floyd’s, that’s for sure.
