Ally was awesome she cut my hair perfectly! I just showed her what I want AND BOOM! Then afterwards she did the shoulder massage that was awesome! Then she suggested some hair styling products and I picked some up! All-n-all it was a great experience! And I also used their app to schedule my hair appointment! So everything went smooth and would highly recommend this Floyd’s 99 Barbershop!

Fantastic place to get your hair cut. Fun staff! I got my cut with Erik and wanted something different but gave my normal speal I tell every stylist. He took a couple of looks and said “No, I got this!” When he turned me to the mirror when he was done, it was beyond my imagination and 10 steps better than could have expected. He was straight-up but not irreverent (more satiricle in delivery with a very dry sense of humor. ) Floyd’s is a high standard salon in a comfortable shell and in my experience the talented stylist give their best to every client. Highly recommended and this is the only place I go.

I’ve had very mediocre experiences at this location. The last time I got my haircut here I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to get seated and parts of my hair are uneven. There are some decent people working but if you choose any available hair stylist it’s a gamble.

I had an appointment this morning. I went in and the stylist had called out for the day. They didn’t have my correct phone number to call to cancel. I got there and the lady behind the desk had no answers for me or even able to reschedule me. I waited for her to ask a manager, which she didn’t. I left and asked for them to call when something was figured out, I NEVER got a call.

The hair cut is decent when done with certain people here, but it’s so extremely frustrating to make an appointment here and it gets canceled. I get a haircut maybe 4 times a year and this location has cancelled on me every single time. That’s so ridiculous.

Tanya Woerdeman, of Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, lightens my hair, puts in highlights and cuts it (I’ve gone to her lots, so my hair is more blond now than in my Google pic, but I loved that hair color too!). I have never felt so good about myself, and I get so many compliments. Plus, the cut looks good even if I don’t have her cut it again for several months; I feel like I never have a bad hair day anymore. I highly recommend Tanya for cut and color!
