Shannon is a superstar stylist. My hair doesn’t like to be parted where the people at the cheap chains always try to force it by their one-size-fits-all approach. Shannon worked with my hair, cut it so it sits right, coached me through the right way to apply product (no one ever did that before!), and when I decided to grow my beard long for the first time, she coached me through the proper way to care for it too. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Highest recommendation!

Make sure if there’s a cancellation and you take the spot they have time for the cut you want. Why offer me a cancellation spot make me wait and then have your stylist that they can’t do. It is standard operating procedure to let people take cancellation slots not conforming what the customer needs then tells you sorry for the wait I can’t do that. Great service.

I’ve been going to various Floyd’s locations for years, but after a poor haircut I think it’s time to switch. When the stylist was “finished”, my hair was undried and unstyled. Just a wet, unstyled mess. They basically shoo’d me out before completing the job. When I got home and actually styled my hair to see how it should look, I noticed the front was totally uneven. Total price for this? Over $40. I think next time I will go to Sports Cuts.

For 11 years, I’ve been looking for someone to cut my son’s hair correctly. He has very fine hair but A LOT of it! Plus a cowlick. We finally found Laun at Floyd’s 99 in Castle Rock and he’s stuck with us. Every single time I take my boys to get haircuts with Laun, he never disappoints. They come out flawless everytime. My 11 year old son is very comfortable with trying out different things and trusting that Laun will deliver and he does everytime. My boys love him ❤️ HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
