return customer…or client… some barbers enjoy their job more than others, though that’s with every job – isn’t it? you’ll find multiple personalities at this location, you’re bound to click with one. the attention to detail and follow through with requests are on point. decently priced. would recommend if you’re desperate for a hair cut.

My teenage son has been a return customer numerous times as the service was very good several visits in a row. The prices are too high, but sadly everything is priced too high right now. The last two visits have not been good unfortunately. The barbers have not listened to him at all and have cut his hair the way they want it done. To make things worse the lady with the blue and black hair that cut his hair today was horribly rude and nasty to him. She did what she wanted and he couldn’t get out of the chair fast enough to leave. He was so uncomfortable and he couldn’t believe that someone could behave so awful. If someone is paid to do a service please provide the service requested. Also, the door says walk ins welcome and the last two times he has been in he was told to make an appointment on another day due to over a 3 hour wait. Both times there was no one there receiving any services.

Took my son for a haircut showed the stylist the picture and she proceeded to be so rude and basically only doing what she felt comfort with. Which is fine to stay in your comfort zone but be honest so I can find someone else. It wasnt blended well and she did not cut the length even. I decided not to say anything because she was already upset they made her stay. Which was also frustrating because we would have gladly waited the 30 min quoted time. The haircut and service felt rushed. Will only be back if we make an appointment with Carlo. Carlo is fantastic and I highly recommend him for any detailed cuts

Girl was too busy talking to another barber. Kept shaving the same area while talking to other barber, would stop cutting to talk and then cut the same area again, stop cutting to talk and then shave the same area AGAIN! Repeated this like 4-5 times! Also didn’t ask if I wanted to cut sideburns. Should’ve gotten her name so I could let you all know who not to get. Never have I had this ever happen before and this isn’t over exaggerating! Going back to sports clips at alliance. I frkn paid $30 for that cut

My 13 year old son had decided to let his hair grow out over the summer and since school was about to start my wife took him to the shop on 35 to get it trimmed up. They showed the person a picture and explained what they wanted. The person cut it the way the person wanted and removed most of the growth he spent the summer growing. Cut it like the customer asks. Plain and simple.
