I’ve always had good haircuts from this place, but the recent haircut I got was not what I asked for. The stylist I normally had wasn’t there and I had told the new stylist to keep the same length, but to add some texture. She acknowledged what I told her, but then proceeded to cut my hair really short. I knew there wasn’t anything that could be done to my hair since it was cut too short, so I accepted it and left. I felt embarrassed to even walk to my car. I can’t even style it the way I used to and I’ve been trying to find another way to style it, but nothing looks right. Like I said they normally do a good job, this is just one bad experience that might make it difficult for me to come back again.
