Go elsewhere. Been getting my haircut at this location for about 3 years… recently (past 6 month) though, they’re so inconsistent that it isn’t worth the risk for me. Other locations are better. This one might be restructuring or having turnover? I went to a competitor in a pinch across the street when I was told my appointment at Floyd’s was running 45 mins behind. The cut I received from the competitor was 1/3 of the price and of higher quality (in my opinion). 2 stars because it’s not bad all the time… it’s just inconsistent and I don’t necessarily want to play roulette with my appearance.

Been here a couple times now and I love the laid back, punk, grunge aesthetic of the place. Every stylist I’ve been serviced from has been incredibly gracious and very skilled. Basic cuts are slightly higher priced than some other hair places but well worth it.

Jackie was amazing and very attentive! She was very considerate of what I wanted and not afraid to ask clarifying questions! The time before the last I came, I got Ruben, also stellar service and work on his part! Both of them work well with both long and short hair! I will be booking with either of these 2 stylists again!

Got my sons haircut today and it is AWFUL. I showed the guy a picture of his haircut he’s been getting for years and the man just did whatever he wanted with it and absolutely butchered the top and the sides weren’t what I asked and I got tired of asking for shorter. $34 for a kids cut but advertised at $27 is fishy to me. I tipped him only bc he did perform a service to my son and deserves that but was not happy with the result. I wish I could say this was the first time I’ve gotten a bad cut at Floyd’s but it’s not. The past 3 times for my son have been bad (all with different stylists) and Christine absolutely butchered my hair months ago and it’s still bad. Really disappointed bc I love the atmosphere and the vibe but the stylists work is not where it should be. Adrian has been the only good stylist I’ve gotten from there ever. Hopefully things with change.

This is NOT a barbershop. There was some kind of bass-heavy music blaring so loudly I could barely hear the person at the counter, and they wanted my phone number for a walk-in even though all I wanted was a haircut.
