First time here…and definitely won’t be my last. Juan was my stylist and I gotta say, the guy is straight up solid…great conversation and technique. I’m pretty picky about who cuts my hair, and I’ve been looking for a place with that modern eye for the current styles. Staff I met at the reception were cordial and friendly. Mahalo!!! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value10/01/2021 11:00 am – I walk in for my appointment. Waited for 15 minutes. 3 people came after me got their haircut started. I was furious and asked why? The girl at the reception said “the barber whom she has fixed my appointment is running late”. What kind of idiotic thing was that. She did not make sure that I get the 1st turn before others. I didn’t ask for a specific person to cut my hair. She did not even apologize. She didn’t care losing business since they are gonna get paid as an employee anyways. Found another place, great barber and exceptional customer service paid $15 tip for $25 haircut and shampoo.
