I booked my appointment and was assigned to Kelsey. She looked at the cut I wanted and listened to my requests as well as asked some questions I hadn’t even thought of. She suggested shears instead of going at my medium length going to a short style with the clippers. That takes talent! I got the perfect cut! In addition she is a terrific conversationalist. Sarah was phenomenal! Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. She was a HUGE help in my decision process for my cut. This was, by far, my best experience with a barbershop in the Dallas area. 10/10. Today was my first time in any Floyd’s locations and it succeeded beyond my expectations! Went to this location about 2 weeks ago and wanted a mid fade but ended up getting something totally different. Which honestly wasn’t a big deal considering how fast my hair grows BUT the lady that cut my hair was super aggressive with my head and literally cut me everywhere . On top of that she left me close to bald and now I have bumps and pimples all over my head and neck. Manager was super nice and understood but man that was an intense time for me.

I wish I could remember the name of the barber I saw. She was fantastic. Stylist and a barber, and an instructor in both I learned, she was a smooth hand for my shave and was excellent making sure my sensitive skin didn’t get irritated at all. Her energy was awesome too. I enjoyed conversation and came out clean shaven and looking sharp.

My Hair Cut was Done in 9 mins, which was supposed to last anywhere between 29-59mins. If i want a quick and pathetic service i would’ve gone to gone to any other budget hari salons. Definitely not coming back to Addison location again.Disappointed!
