The straight-edge razor shave gives a great finish on the back of my hair and the hot towel on your face while being shampooed feels phenomenal. She cut my hair with scissors first and at various stages checked in to see how short I was comfortable going and see what my hair was doing once it isn’t pulled straight by the weight of long hair. They are taking sensible covid-19 precautions: masks for staff and customers, temp checks, wiping down surfaces. I really appreciated that and the great cut and conversation. Worst haircut i have had in a long time. Showed a picture of how i wanted it cut. Yes an actual pic so no misunderstanding. Well to my surprise i get a complete butcher job. I received the opposite of what i asked for. Nothing like what the picture showed. Just a simple no style buzz cut all over leaving the length non existent. Never will go back. DOn’t even know the gal’s name who cut me but don’t care at this point. Only gave one star due to the fact they had a pulse. smh
